US Immigration

The EB-5 Investor Program is a U.S. immigration option that provides a pathway to permanent residency (green card) for foreign investors who make a qualifying investment in a U.S. business and create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers. The standard minimum investment is $1,050,000, or $800,000 in targeted employment areas.

The L-1 visa is for intracompany transferees who are executives, managers, or specialized knowledge employees. Requirements include having worked for a qualifying organization abroad for at least one continuous year within the three years preceding the application, and being transferred to a U.S. parent, branch, affiliate, or subsidiary in an executive, managerial, or specialized knowledge capacity.

Canada Immigration

Express Entry is Canada's application management system for skilled workers. Candidates create an online profile and are ranked in the Express Entry pool using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The highest-ranking candidates receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence through regular draws. Factors considered include age, education, work experience, and language proficiency.

Canada's Start-up Visa Program targets immigrant entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas. To qualify, you need a letter of support from a designated organization (venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator), meet language requirements, have sufficient settlement funds, and pass security and medical checks. The program offers permanent residence to entrepreneurs who can build innovative businesses in Canada that create jobs and compete globally.

Golden Visa Programs

Golden Visa programs offer numerous benefits, including residency rights in desirable countries, visa-free travel within the Schengen Area (for European programs), family inclusion, access to healthcare and education systems, potential tax advantages, and a pathway to citizenship. They also provide investment opportunities in real estate or businesses in growing markets.

The timeline to citizenship varies by country. Turkey's Citizenship by Investment program offers one of the fastest paths, with citizenship possible in as little as 3-6 months after investment. Other programs like Portugal's Golden Visa require 5 years of residency before citizenship eligibility, while Greece requires 7 years. During your consultation, we can discuss which program best aligns with your timeline and goals.
