NexBridge provides clear and transparent terms and conditions in each type of contract to help Clients understand their rights and obligations when using NexBridge's services. These terms include information about the scope of services, the responsibilities of each party, the payment process, and customer support policies. Agreeing to these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for starting the cooperation between the two parties. We are committed to providing quality services, on time, and always protecting the rights of our clients according to the agreed-upon terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By agreeing to use NexBridge's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
2. Services
NexBridge provides US and Canadian market settlement services, including immigration consulting services, business conversion, individual and family settlement, wealth management and tax planning, and post-arrival settlement services.
The specific services will be outlined in a Service Agreement or Letter of Agreement, which will become part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Client's Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documents
- Review and confirm all documents prepared by NexBridge before submission
- Pay all fees and expenses as agreed
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Inform NexBridge of any changes in your profile that may affect your immigration or settlement process
4. Fees and Payment
Our service fees will be outlined in the Service Agreement. An initial deposit may be required before work begins.
- Additional services not included in the original agreement will be charged separately at our standard rates.
- Government fees, third-party service fees, and other expenses are not included in our professional service fees and will be billed separately.
5. Confidentiality
NexBridge will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will not disclose your information to third parties, except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
NexBridge will provide services with expertise and under the legal conditions at the time of application submission. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any application or process, as decisions are made by third parties such as government agencies.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or opportunities.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, assets, and content provided by NexBridge remain the intellectual property of NexBridge. You may only use these materials for purposes related to your immigration or settlement process.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
NexBridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify the Client at the time of amendment. Your continued use of our services after these changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
